David Kerze has a long and varied work experience. David began their career in 2004 as a Research and Development Engineer at the Industrial Space Systems Lab (CREATE & NASA-GRC). In 2005, they were a Research and Development Engineer at Ohio Alternative Power LLC and a Research and Development Engineer at Green Energy Technologies (GET). In 2011, they became Operations Manager at Royalton Contracting LLC. From 2005 to 2021, David worked at Gorman-Lavelle Corporation, where they held the roles of Vice President and Project Executive, Sr. Project Manager, BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator, and Project Manager. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager at The Smith & Oby Company since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing company projects and devising strategic plans to ensure on-time completion.

David earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2013, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (M.S.M.E) from Cleveland State University in 2007, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (B.M.E) from Cleveland State University in 2005.
