Eileen Seissen is a seasoned professional in experience design and learning development, currently serving as the Senior Experience Design Manager at The Smarty Train since October 2019, where complex projects are led to support client needs and team members are coached. Eileen has previously held the role of Experience Design Manager, creating tailored learning environments utilizing human-centered design principles across various industries. Other notable positions include Knowledge and Learning Manager at National Literacy Trust and Learning and Development Manager for City Year, where a comprehensive learning strategy was developed for corps members. Eileen's experience also encompasses program facilitation for youth leadership exchanges at World Learning and teaching roles in various educational settings. Eileen holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
