Colette Weston is an experienced professional in client experience and development, currently serving as Head of Client Experience & Development and Associate Director at The Smarty Train since January 2014. Colette has held various roles, including Senior Client Experience Manager and Experience & Events Manager, leading efforts to ensure exceptional client interactions and delivering high-quality engagement strategies. Previous experience includes positions in marketing and public relations at InMobi and CASA Latin American Theatre Festival, as well as tutoring and event coordination roles. Colette holds a BA in History with Modern Languages from the University of Essex and completed a year abroad at the University of Cadiz.
