Thenera Bailey is the President/CEO at The SISGI Group, a consulting and nonprofit organization focused on creating lasting social change. Prior to this role, Thenera served as an Associate Adjunct Faculty at Ashford University, a Consultant at the Corporation for National and Community Service, an Academic Advisor at New York University, and held various leadership positions at other nonprofit organizations. Thenera holds a Doctor of Business Administration, MA in Globalization, Sustainable Development and Tourism, MSW in Management and Community Organization, and a BSW in Social Work.
