Carol Capone is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in various HR functions and payroll management. Currently serving as Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator at The Silvercrest Center since April 2023, Carol is responsible for recording and reconciling payroll data, ensuring accuracy in ADP entries, and evaluating compliance with policies. Previously, as a Payroll Specialist at Ferraro Foods, Carol managed payroll processes for union and non-union staff, provided employee support regarding payroll matters, and coordinated benefits enrollment. Carol's experience also includes serving as a Human Capital Generalist at Purity Products, overseeing the entire employee life cycle and administering HR benefits, as well as working as a Staffing Specialist at Manpower, where Carol focused on recruitment and administrative support. Carol holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from St. Joseph's University New York.
