Jen Wei T. is currently serving as a Manager of Portfolio Solutions at The SILC Group. Prior to this, Jen Wei held roles at TAEL Partners as an Investor Relations Associate and at United Way of Dane County as a Community Impact Coordinator and Loaned Executive. Jen Wei T. also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at United Way of Dane County and as an Empower Leadership Coordinator at Willis L. Jones Leadership Center. Jen Wei holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Certificate in Gender & Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
