Luke Guainiere is an experienced Area Manager and Partner at The Shore Group, a position held since November 2011, where Luke manages an M&E labour hire business, providing temporary tradesmen across Sussex, The Home Counties, London, and the South East, and has been involved in various construction projects over the past two years. Prior to this role, Luke served as a Business Recruitment Manager at Hays from April 2007 to November 2011, specializing in supplying temporary skilled trades staff to Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and housing stock transfer organizations in Sussex. Luke holds a BaHons degree in Marketing from the University of Brighton, obtained between 2001 and 2005, and completed education at Parmiters School from 1994 to 2001.
