Kyung Hyung Choi has a diverse background in the culinary industry, currently serving at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts in the ariake kitchen since January 2021. Previous experience includes a part-time position in the restaurant kitchen at Marriott Hotels from December 2018 to January 2021, and a contract role at 浅草ビューホテル from April 2017 to 2018. Kyung Hyung Choi also studied at 大阪辻調理師専門学校, completing education from 2018 to 2020, and holds a bachelor's degree in hotel cooking from Kimpo College, which was completed in 2016.
