Hyeyoon (Yoon) Kim has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts since September 2008, focusing on business development strategies. Prior to this role, Hyeyoon Kim worked at Grand Hyatt Incheon in Reservations and Front Office from October 2005 to September 2008, and at Novotel Hotels in a similar capacity from April 2004 to September 2005. Hyeyoon Kim studied at Vatel France, further enhancing a strong foundation in hotel management and operations.
