Kevin Welch has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Kevin most recently served as the Chief Administrative Officer at The Shepherd's Church since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Duke University for over nine years, starting as a Senior Auditor from May 2008 to October 2010, and then transitioning to become the Associate Director of Business & Finance until October 2019. In 2007, Kevin was the Manager of Financial Reporting at Cotton Incorporated, and before that, they worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior 3 Accountant from October 2002 to June 2007.

Kevin Welch obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Wake Forest University in 2001. Kevin went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from the same university, which they completed in 2002.
