Brian K. serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer for The Shepherd Chemical Company since March 2018, overseeing HR functions for multiple affiliated companies. Prior to this role, Brian was the Principal HR Consultant and Partner at Fortis Consulting LLC and held senior HR positions at Hillenbrand, Honda Aircraft Company, MeadWestvaco, Danaher Corporation, CLARCOR Inc., Newell Rubbermaid, Federal-Mogul, and Milliken & Company. With a robust background in global talent management, corporate HR, and human resources leadership across diverse industries, Brian holds an MBA in Business Administration from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
