Additionally, Shelby owned and operated DesignByShelby from June 2005 to March 2017, providing custom furniture and home accent design services while managing financial operations. Shelby began a career in sales management and design consultation at Norwalk Furniture from March 2001 to February 2005, improving brand exposure and customer experience. Shelby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Southern Methodist University, obtained in 1997.
