Jennifer Andrews

Regional Field Director, Mid-west at The Shade Store

Jennifer Andrews has a strong background in operations and logistics. Jennifer started their career as a Distribution Facility Manager at Crate and Barrel in 2001 and worked there until 2014. During their time at Crate and Barrel, they managed daily operations, developed budgets, implemented safety programs, and focused on productivity and leadership development.

After leaving Crate and Barrel, Jennifer joined Goodwill of San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin as the Vice President for Operations and Logistics. In this role, they were responsible for planning, administration, implementation, and process improvements in the Operations and Logistics Department. Jennifer oversaw a large team and focused on logistics, procurement, production, quality, process improvement, and customer service.

Following their time at Goodwill, Jennifer worked as the Division Operations Manager at TopHAT Logistical Solutions. Jennifer managed 16 markets in the southeastern US, supporting last mile, white glove delivery for CONN's Furniture. Their responsibilities included managing income and overseeing CONN's Furniture locations as the 3PL partner.

Most recently, Jennifer served as the Regional Field Director, Mid-West at The Shade Store. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring exceptional results and providing a world-class customer experience in the Mid-West region. Jennifer implemented key initiatives, drove performance through communication and coaching, improved scheduling and efficiencies, and supported company initiatives.

Overall, Jennifer has a breadth of experience in managing operations, logistics, and teams, with a focus on driving results and improving execution.

Jennifer Andrews attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1982 to 1987. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
