Naomi Krieger Carmy has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they obtained between 2000 and 2003. Naomi later attended Harvard Kennedy School from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Master's degree in Public & Economic Policy. In 2013, Naomi began their fellowship at the University of Cambridge's Centre for Science and Policy, a program that lasted until 2022. Additionally, in 2020, Naomi obtained a certification from VC University Online. In 1999, Naomi also received a certificate in French Language and Culture from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
