Scott Brown is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at The Setai in Miami Beach since January 2013, Scott has developed expertise in high-end dining. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Demi Chef De Partie and worked as a Lead Line Cook at Reel Seafood Co. from August 2008 to December 2012. Additionally, Scott gained experience in guest services at Disneyland from December 2011 to August 2012. Educationally, Scott attended the State University of New York at Delhi from 2010 to 2012.
