Sophie O. serves as the Psychoeducation Lead at Self Space, the world’s first on-demand mental health service, since March 2022. Previously, Sophie worked as a Therapist at Calvin Klein and held various freelance copywriting roles, including Lead Copywriter at Facebook and Creative Copywriter at Burberry. Experience also includes roles at Stella McCartney, YOPA Property, VisitBritain, The Body Shop, and Radiator Communications, where responsibilities ranged from managing copywriting teams to creating engaging content for various brands. Sophie holds qualifications from the CPCAB and has a degree in Magazine Journalism from the University of Northampton.
