Tiara Moske is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business systems management. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Business and Systems Operations at Segal since February 2020, Tiara is also a founding member of the Pride@Segal Business Resource Group. Prior to this, Tiara held the position of Operations and Resource Director at Segal Benz from August 2019 to July 2024. Additional roles include Office Manager at South Bay Village Incorporated and OpenAir Administrator at GE Healthcare Partners, where Tiara managed the NetSuite OpenAir tool for a large consulting team. Tiara's earlier career involved significant achievements at Epsilon as Account Director and Relationship Manager, managing high-profile Fortune 100 clients and mentoring project managers, as well as overseeing operations and knowledge management at SolutionSet. Educational background includes studies at The University of Texas at Arlington.
