Ms. Kelly is a Senior Vice President and Midwest Region Leader, based in Segal’s Cleveland office. She has over 25 years of experience consulting a number of multiemployer health and pension clients on a wide variety of benefits issues and topics. She recently served as the National Multiemployer Sales Leader, where she led strategic growth initiatives for the multiemployer market. Prior to that, Ms. Kelly served as the National Multiemployer Health Practice Leader, where she was a national resource for Segal’s multiemployer clients, focused on strategic planning in all benefit areas.

Ms. Kelly has extensive experience with all facets of multiemployer consulting, including benefit and wellness strategies, plan design, mergers, funding, plan management, and issues involving the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), the Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA) and the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (PPA’06).
