Mary Cait Walthall has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.

Mary Cait is currently working as a Teacher at The Second City since January 2022.

Mary Cait also holds the position of Teaching Associate at the University of Illinois Chicago since August 2022.

Prior to that, they served as the Facilitation Manager at Super Human Collective LLC since an unspecified starting date in 2020.

Mary Cait has significant experience at The iO Theater, where they worked as an Improv Teacher from January 2016 to August 2020 and received the Teacher of the Year award in March 2018. Mary Cait also worked as a performer with Glass Basement and Super Human at the theater. Additionally, they held the role of Box Office Staff from August 2014 to December 2014.

Mary Cait also served as a Faculty Affairs Assistant at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from September 2008 to April 2010.

Mary Cait Walthall completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Theater, and Dance from Princeton University from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they attended LISPA from 2014 to 2015 to study Devising Theatre and Performance, as well as Advanced Devising Practice. From 2008 to 2009, they pursued Music Improv Conservatory and The Writing Program at the Second City Training Center, specializing in improvisation and sketch writing. Additionally, during the same period, they also studied improvisation at the iO Theater.
