Neil Brown is an experienced programme and project manager with a strong background in digital development and operational management. Currently serving as Programme Manager at The Scotland 5G Centre since September 2022, Neil plays a pivotal role in advancing 5G deployment in Scotland, collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior to this, Neil was involved with Digital Curation Centre as a Strategy & Operations Specialist, and CodeClan as Chief Operating Officer, focused on bridging the digital skills gap in Scotland. Neil has held significant roles at The Data Lab, University of Strathclyde, MovePlan Group, and other organizations, demonstrating expertise in corporate move management, change management, strategic planning, and client relations across diverse sectors. Additionally, Neil contributes as a volunteer Events Coordinator for Who Dares Cares, supporting Armed Forces and veterans with PTSD.
