Peter Schuett began their work experience as a Youth Ministry Associate at Vision of Glory Lutheran Church in 2016. Peter then served as the Pastor of Outreach at VictoryPoint Ministries from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they developed training curriculum and delivered engaging sermons. In 2018, Peter became the Executive Director of SHINE IN THE WORLD MINISTRIES, where they oversaw the organization's operations and led cross-cultural outreach efforts. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at The Schuett Companies, Inc., starting in 2022.

Peter Schuett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota in 2016. Peter is currently pursuing a Master of Theological Studies degree at Regent University, expected to be completed in 2023.
