She has extensive experience in developing curriculum tailored to maximize knowledge transfer and is a certified Instructor and Instructional Facilitator. She has performed in senior leadership roles and mentored numerous teams of specialists to achieve their assigned goals. Ms. Simons specializes in data-based instruction through direct and in-direct coaching and professional development.
