Nasreen Al-Dossary serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at ROSHN l روشن since November 2022. With extensive experience, Nasreen holds multiple roles, including Nomination & Remuneration Board Committee Member at both American Express Saudi Arabia and Alistithmar Capital since 2019 and 2018, respectively. At The Saudi Investment Bank, Nasreen has advanced through various HR positions, culminating in the role of General Manager Human Resources & Chief Happiness Officer. Previous experience includes Vice President - Head of Human Resources at JP Morgan and leadership roles in other organizations including Tatweer Educational Transportation Services and The Leaders in Management Consultancy. Nasreen's educational background includes a degree in Leadership Transition from INSEAD and a Master’s Degree from the University of Hull.
