Charlotte Buckland currently serves as Deputy Principal at The Sabden Multi Academy Trust since April 2024 and as Vice-chair of Governors at Catsfield C of E Primary School since July 2022. Prior experience includes Head of Vocational Education and Careers and Teacher at St Mary's School and College, Bexhill from July 2022 to April 2024, and various leadership roles at Battle Abbey School from September 2010 to January 2022, including SLT Designated Safeguarding Lead and Head of Welfare. Earlier positions include Teacher of PE and Subject Lead for Dance at Uplands Academy and Swimming Teacher/Lifeguard at Freedom Leisure. Charlotte holds a BA Hons QTS in Physical Education from the University of Brighton.
