David Robertson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as the Marketing and Sales Director at Ceder Creek. David was responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, organizing sales reports, and communicating with vendors.
In 2004, they joined Light Emitting Design, Inc. as a Sales Manager and was later promoted to Director of Sales. In this role, they oversaw international sales offices and representative agencies, increasing sales by at least 30% annually. David also established new accounts, set up international distribution channels, and managed a team of sales members.
Moving to 2022, David has taken on several leadership positions in the blockchain industry. David served as the Vice President of Global Partnerships at Paradox.One, where they provided blockchain-based finance and governance tools for impact-driven organizations. David also worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at The RugbyDAO, where they leveraged blockchain technology to shape the sustainable future of rugby. Currently, they are the Partnerships Director at Sthorm.io, a special unit focused on developing impact-driven web3 tools.
Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in building partnerships, driving sales, and implementing impactful strategies.
David Robertson completed their secondary education at Bryanston High School from 1992 to 1996. David then went on to pursue a Honours degree in Economics, Management, and Information Systems from Rhodes University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
