Sway Montero possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Biplex Stewarding Manager at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sway held several key positions including Complex Meeting and Event Manager at KYO-YA MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LTD, and Food and Beverage Manager at both The Royal Hawaiian and 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. Additional experience includes working as the Assistant Manager of Restaurants and Bars at the Sheraton Waikiki and a Food and Beverage Manager on a task force at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa. Sway began a career in hospitality as a bartender at Ruscello at Nordstrom and Moku Kitchen. Sway's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an Associate of Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Kapiā€˜olani Community College.
