Kaitlyn Jones currently serves as the Packaging Supplies Manager at The Royal Group, a position held since June 2013, overseeing the daily operations of the Packaging Supplies Division. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn worked as an Assistant Trainer at European Equestrian Concepts from 2012 to 2013. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Equestrian/Equine Studies from William Woods University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
