Madalina Bacila is an accomplished medical professional specializing in ophthalmology, currently serving as an MD, PhD at OFTA Medical Clinic since July 2022. Bacila holds a clinical fellowship at The Royal College of Ophthalmologists and is a member of the General Medical Council. Bacila has been involved with UNICEF as an Emergency Management Specialist since 2017 and previously served as a Fundraising Manager and Emergency Specialist from 2014 to 2016. With extensive experience as an ophthalmologist at various institutions, Bacila has contributed significantly to eye surgery at Spitalul Municipal Blaj and OCULENS.
