Sara Webb is the Head of Midwifery Information and Research Services at The Royal College of Midwives (RCM) and the Editor of MIDIRS Digest. Prior to their current role, Sara worked at Birmingham Women's Hospital as a Band 7 Midwife/Shift Leader and Specialist Perineal Midwife for 16 years.
