Peter Dewar is an experienced healthcare manager with a robust background in clinical services and business management. Currently serving as the State Manager for Western Australia at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians since April 2014, Peter oversees the regional office's operations. Previously, Peter was the Clinical Integration Lead at Serco Australia, focusing on aligning facility management services with clinical service delivery at Fiona Stanley Hospital. With a decade of experience as Business Manager for the Surgical Directorate at Fremantle Hospital, Peter managed extensive surgical and outpatient facilities with an annual budget of A$100 million. Additionally, in a role as Project Director for Outpatient Reform at the Department of Health Western Australia, Peter spearheaded system-wide improvements, including the implementation of e-referrals. Peter holds a Doctor of Business Administration from The University of Western Australia, an MBA from the University of Glasgow, and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University.
