Edith Cuerrier is an experienced Archives Technician currently with The Rooms Corporation, Provincial Archives Division, since August 2019, where responsibilities include assisting historians, researchers, and the public in accessing various archival materials. Prior experience includes cataloguing the Gabriel Cromer Collection at the George Eastman Museum from February 2017 to March 2019, and a previous role as Archives Technician at The Rooms from December 2009 to February 2017. Additionally, Edith served as a sessional teacher at Memorial University of Newfoundland, instructing on topics related to archaeology and photography. From April 1980 to January 2002, Edith worked as a Military Photographer for the Canadian Forces, handling a range of photographic duties. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Photographic Preservation and Collections Management from Ryerson University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Memorial University.
