Max Rutsito has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and hospitality industries. Max started their career as the VP Operations at Marowa Spar in 1992 and held this role until 1999. Max then worked as the CEO at Kimberly Spar from 1999 to 2002. In 2003, they transitioned into the hospitality industry and served as the Banquet Manager at Sheraton hotel until 2006. Following this, they worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at Value City Furniture from 2006 to 2008. Currently, Max Rutsito is the Senior Sales Manager at The RoomPlace, a position they have held since 2008.

Max Rutsito attended Indiana Business College from 2006 to 2008, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during that time. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, Max attended Speciss College where they studied Sales Distribution, and Marketing Operations.
