Fred Heibeck has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Connecticut State University and an Associate's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Dean College. Fred has worked as the Assistant Director of Health and Wellness at Wilton Family YMCA since January 1996, as a Certified Personal Trainer at The Fitness Edge from January 2008 to December 2009, and as a Personal Assistant to the CEO/Assistant Office Manager at Pirate Capital from January 2002 to June 2007.
