Sean Elliott is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in banquet and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as Banquet Manager and previously as Assistant Banquet Manager at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes since November 2022, Sean has held various roles including Banquet Captain at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa and Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. With prior experience as Food and Beverage Manager and Banquet Captain at PGA National Resort & Spa, and Assistant Director of Operations at Bill Hansen Catering, Sean's career in the industry began at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Sean earned a degree from Florida International University between 2003 and 2006.
