Nicole Badillo is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Personnel Specialist in the U.S. Air Force Reserve since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, from April 2022, progressing from Human Resources Assistant to Senior Human Resources Generalist. Nicole's previous experience includes serving as a Leasing Consultant at CARROLL from February 2021 to April 2022 and holding several positions at Victoria's Secret from May 2016 to February 2021, including Operations and Staffing Supervisor. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, completed in 2020.
