Andrew Radwanski is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Event Operations at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes since August 2022. Andrew also owns Pink Ribbon Baked Goods, a venture launched in May 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Food and Beverage at Lake Nona Wave Hotel, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and various positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, including Assistant Director and Director of Banquets. Earlier career highlights include serving as Catering Sales Manager for Hyde Park Restaurant Group and Restaurant Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from West Virginia University.
