Brett Shearing serves as the Deputy Head, Americas – Business Intelligence & Investigations at The Risk Advisory Group since December 2022, bringing extensive experience in project management and due diligence from previous roles at Exiger and involvement in political campaigns. At Exiger, Brett Shearing advanced from Associate to Senior Manager, leading key initiatives in immigration and citizenship diligence, managing regional research teams, and enhancing training programs. Past experience also includes coordination roles within the Liberal Party of Canada, contributing to electoral programs and serving as a Legislative Assistant, where Brett Shearing managed parliamentary operations and stakeholder engagement. Academically, Brett Shearing holds an MSc in Global Politics from The London School of Economics and a BA in International Relations from The University of British Columbia, complemented by certificates from Harvard Business School Online and immersive language programs in French.
