Bhavik R. Shah is a seasoned consultant and strategist specializing in culture change, workplace mental health, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). As the Founder and Culture Change Strategist at Bhavik R. Shah LLC since January 2021, Bhavik manages a diverse client portfolio while delivering influential public speaking engagements. Current roles include Senior Project Partner at Different DEI, Lead Consultant at Call for Culture, Director of Strategy & Insights at Talmetrix, and Subject Matter Speaker at The Rise Journey, where Bhavik leads impactful projects and workshops. Previous experience includes serving as Principal of Client Services at Mind Share Partners and UK Mental Health Lead at Capco. Bhavik holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. John's University and a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
