Rafael F. Martinez has a strong background in business intelligence and research, currently serving as the Business Intelligence and Research Manager at The Right Place, Inc. since September 2018, after previously holding the position of Business Intelligence & Research Analyst. Prior experience includes owning Aster Consulting as a Business Consultant from April 2018 to September 2018, and working as Operations Officer at the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan from January 2017 to March 2018. Rafael holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Michigan State University, obtained between 2011 and 2016.
