Chris Budelli currently serves as a Real Estate Advisor at Sereno, specializing in residential, multi-family, investment, and single-family rental properties across the United States since January 2024. In addition, Chris holds the position of Vice President of Partnerships & Go-To-Market at Home365 Property Management, which innovates the property management industry with its unique Management as a Service model. As a member of the Alumni Advisory Committee for The Riekes Center, Chris contributes to fostering student growth through various developmental programs. Previous roles include Real Estate Advisor at Compass, Director of Business Development at Roofstock, Senior Consultant at Gartner (formerly TOPO), and Director at Tipalti, among others. Chris began a professional career as a baseball player with the Harlingen White Wings and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Communication from Menlo College.
