Lawrence Neals has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Lawrence started their career as a DJ/EmCee with Dancing DJs in 1999 and worked there until 2004. From 2002 to 2016, Lawrence joined Carnival Cruise Line as a Production Singer, MC, and DJ, where they also took on the role of Vocal Captain, Singer Supervisor, and Playlist Performer.

In 2016, Lawrence joined the Nederlander Organization as a Bartender and worked there until 2018. Lawrence then moved on to The Madison Square Garden Company as a Host and Tour Guide from 2017 to 2019.

In 2017, Lawrence ventured into starting their own company, GeekLifeRules / NY Cosplay Cabaret, where they served as the Founder and Creative Director. At the same time, they also joined Ariel Music and Events as a Band Leader and Lead Vocalist.

In 2018, Lawrence joined the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City as a Vocalist. Lawrence continued to expand their experience in the entertainment industry by joining Lime Music Entertainment, LLC in 2022 as a Guest Entertainer.

Looking ahead, Lawrence has plans to join The Ride NYC as a Creative Director starting in 2023. Lawrence also had a long-term engagement with The Ride, LLC from 2017 to 2022, where they held roles as a Host, Vocalist, and Creative Director. In these roles, they guided guests through a scripted and improvised show and tour of Manhattan, performed in a vocal/instrumental duo, and contributed to the creative team by revising and updating the tour and show.

Throughout their career, Lawrence has gained extensive experience in various entertainment roles, demonstrating their versatility and passion for the industry.

Lawrence Neals attended LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts from 1990 to 1994. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Drama with a field of study in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General.
