Sara Alexander has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Head of Operations at The Rick Stein Group since October 2014, with previous roles including Operations Manager and Hotels Manager. Prior to this, Sara worked at Red Carnation Hotels from August 2004 to November 2014 as Deputy General Manager, overseeing revenue generation, cost control, and service standards, along with direct management of multiple department heads. Earlier career highlights include Front of House Manager at The Rubens at the Palace Hotel London and Reception Manager at Hilton London Metropole Hotel. Educational qualifications include a HND in Business and Finance from the University of West London and completion of an "Openings" Course in Psychology from The Open University.
