Damon Grabiec is an experienced R&D Chemist and Technical Sales professional with a strong background in the development and technical sales of water-based and hot melt adhesives. Currently at The Reynolds Company Adhesives and Coatings since February 2015, Damon has served various markets including packaging, construction, automotive, and labeling. Prior experience includes roles at Sonoco, Adhesive Applications Inc, Dielectric Polymers Inc, Nyacol Nano Technologies Inc, and W.R. Grace, focusing on adhesive formulations, project management, and research and development of plastics additives. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Florida State University.
