Head Chef at The Reverie Saigon

Paul Pettini has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Paul currently serves as the Head Chef at The Reverie Saigon since 2021. Prior to this, they were also a Head Chef at JARDIN DES SENS by Pourcel from 2018 to 2020. Paul has also held positions as a Sous chef de cuisine at HOTEL MARINCA & SPA in 2017, a chef de partie tournant at LA BOUITTE from 2015 to 2017, and a Chef de partie at HOTEL MARINCA & SPA in 2015. Before that, they worked as a chef de partie at hôtel belvédère, porto vecchio in 2014, a second de cuisine at La cloche at the carpenters arms in 2013, a chef de partie at Four seasons Terre Blanche in 2012, and a chef de partie at Le Puits Saint Jacques in 2011.

Paul Pettini's education history began in 2003 when they attended Lycée des Métiers de l'Hôtellerie et du Tourisme du Val de Loire where they obtained their BEP degree in Arts culinaires / formation de chef cuisinier. Paul then went on to study at C.F.A. des chaises in Chartres from 2006 to 2008, where they earned their brevet professionnel in the same field of study. Continuing their culinary education, Paul attended C.F.A. de Blagnac from 2008 to 2010, obtaining their BTS Hôtellerie-restauration with a specialization in option B art culinaire, art de la table et du service. Finally, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued a diplôme de cuisine transfrontalière, innovations et traditions at C.F.A. de Blagnac.
