Rick Rosales has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. In their most recent position as the Director of Social and Community Programs at The Resurrection Project, they are responsible for overseeing and implementing social and community services programs. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement at Aroma Indian Cuisine. Rick has also worked as a Social Media Manager at Rape Free World Consulting Services, a Partner Engagement Specialist at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, and a Lead Enumerator at the U.S. Census Bureau. Additionally, they held positions such as the Director of Community and Mentor Engagement at the Indiana Department of Correction, Director of Mentor Engagement and Match Specialist at Starfish Initiative, and Community Outreach Coordinator at the Humane Society of Indianapolis. Rick also served in various roles at the Indiana Department of Correction, including Community Services Liaison, Special Emergency Response Team member, and Re-Entry Specialist. Furthermore, they were a Special Populations Coordinator as an AmeriCorps*VISTA at the Indiana Department of Correction.

Rick Rosales holds a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the same university, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Rick has acquired various certifications in areas such as graphic design, documentary video editing, and Microsoft Teams usage.
