Jay Ramirez is an experienced property manager and consultant with a strong background in managing diverse residential and commercial properties. Currently serving as Property Manager at The Resurrection Project since February 2021, Jay oversees 303 units across various neighborhoods, emphasizing affordable and market-rate housing. Prior experience includes managing 98 units at Metropolitan Housing Development Corporation, where Jay achieved a 100% lease-up rate in under six months. As President of Sierra Madre, Inc. Consulting since November 2006, Jay founded a minority-owned business that specializes in governmental and political consulting, successfully organizing numerous election campaigns. Educational credentials include studies at Northern Illinois University and Monmouth College.
