Kristen Phipps is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in brand management and graphic design. As Design Manager at The Restaurant Store since January 2012, Kristen has provided creative direction for both physical locations and e-commerce, managed a team of designers, and overseen the design system for brand consistency. Previously, Kristen held the position of Design Manager at Clark Associates, leading a team of graphic designers, fostering educational initiatives, and directing creative efforts for numerous private label brands. Kristen also served as Director of Product Design and Development at Susquehanna Glass, managing the Art Department and overseeing high-profile client projects. Kristen holds an A.A.S. in Graphic Communications and Printing from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.
