Damon Taylor has held various roles in the restaurant industry. Damon started as a Restaurant Chef at Dan Rooney's Cafe & Pub from November 2012 to June 2013. Damon then worked as an Assistant General Manager at 1031 Grill & Taproom from June 2015 to November 2015. In 2019, Damon became a Small Business Owner at Emma Lee's American Kitchen. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer at The Restaurant Heroes since July 2020.
