Kimberly Pagliari has a diverse work experience. Kimberly started working at Advocate Aurora Health in 2017 as a Surgical Specialist in Ophthalmology and held the position until October 2018. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2019, they worked at Presence Health as a Surgical Nurse and Team Lead. Most recently, they joined The Resource Group, Spend Management Solutions in 2018 and has held roles as a Critical Products Manager until February 2023, and currently serves as the Regional Integration Director.

Kimberly Pagliari holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Elmhurst University. Kimberly also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition, they hold a Bachelor's of Nursing degree from Western Governors University.
