Nancy Vigil has extensive experience in leadership and management within The Resource Exchange, beginning as Assistant Director of Case Management in January 2003 and advancing to Director of Navigation and Quality in February 2016. In these roles, Nancy Vigil has successfully led and supervised approximately 75 employees, including the Navigation Department, the Quality Enhancement Team, Case Managers, and support staff, ensuring effective service delivery and quality enhancement. Nancy Vigil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
